We relented and finally made the trip out to our county fair. I mean who doesn't want to go for he food alone?! Seriously, I had to get a loaded Polish Sausage, carmel apple, funnel cake, pineapple whip, deep fried Oreo and Twinkies... whew! Granted, I shared them with the whole fam.... but that's still a buffet of Fatty McFats favorite foods.We enjoyed every bite and I had my Polish sausage for lunch today. Mmmmm...
We ran into my sister and her family and several friends we hadn't seen in a while. It was also nice to view the knitting projects in the booths. I soooo wish my knitting skills would improve! Maybe someday when my life slows down a bit....
Mia got the single ride of the night on the ponies.... as we didn't venture into the midway. :)
I guess I'm glad we made the trip after all...
